Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Domestic (USA): Free returns; original shipping charge is non-refundable

International: Returns allowed; shipping charges are non-refundable
All items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

What is the return window?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Returns requested after 30 calendar days cannot be accepted.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must meet all of the following criteria:

No signs of wear, odor, or damage
Are any items non-returnable?

Collectibles or limited drops that have been opened, damaged, or are missing packaging
Do you accept returns on collectibles?
Yes, as long as they are returned exactly as received.
All original packaging, protective materials, and accessories must be included. Missing or damaged components may result in denial or a partial refund.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are dependent on product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Who pays for return shipping?

Domestic Orders: Free return shipping but the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
